About Us
Do you need to sell a house full of personal belongings like furniture, knick knacks, home décor, clothing, kitchen items, etc? Are you downsizing and have items that just will not fit in your new home due to space constraints. Or maybe you are the executor of a loved one’s estate. No matter what your situation is when you have things that need to be sold we can help. We are different than other estate sale companies. We have no established minimums your estate sale must do in dollar volume. We conduct sales of all sizes from a large mansion to small bungalows we have a program to accommodate you. We offer 1 day to 6 day sales or longer even needed. We are different than traditional estate sale companies. At our sales we negotiate each sale instead of pricing each item. Customers that attend the sale are instructed to select and make a pile of items they are interested in buying. When ready we go thru their selection and make a group price or we may negotiate each item individually. Its all about the negotiation…We are very good at negotiating! It’s us against them and may the best negotiator win. Our sales are fast paced and sometimes furious! We can sell an entire 3500 square feet house down to the bare walls in a matter of hours.
The Sale Process
Our unique, very effective sales process…We have created a sales program that will work for all sizes of sales from a small one bedroom apartment to a 30,000 square feet mansion. Most estate sale companies want a minimum of 12-15 thousand dollars in estimated value to conduct a sale. This leaves people with smaller less valuable estates with little options to hire a professional estate sale company. Now you have a well experienced professional company to reach out to when you have a smaller estate to sell. We want to help you no matter the size of your estate.
Our process is simple yet highly effective…
We come into the property and take photos in advance of the sale as the items are in their current state. This means we don’t stage or display anything. We just take hundreds of pictures as we see the items. We open cabinet doors etc to give people a complete overview of the items we will be selling. We advertise your sale on all of the important estate sale, garage sale and social media sites. We post hundreds of pictures on each of these sites. When sale day comes we send our best staff members. These seasoned veterans are very experienced negotiators.

Once they have gathered the items they want we negotiate the cost of each item or the entire group or pile of items.
