One of the first questions I'm asked about my estate sale or the auction services is, "How much is it going to cost me?"
The answer is not always simple. We charge an all inclusive fee of the gross sales. Sometimes circumstances dictate a higher percentage. It depends on the perceived labor costs and the overall estimate of the value of items being sold.
It is so important to remember, "You Get What You Pay For"!
Remember to research all companies that you are considering for this most important event.

Our fee includes advertising, research, setup, labor, pricing, selling and clean up!
We do not have hidden fees. If we think a sale may require other services, it will be
discussed and agreed upon before the service is contracted.

My grandparents started Bayard Antique Village back in 1967. Quite a few of the antiques dealers in North Florida started their business endeavors with us at Bayard. Most folks refer to me as “Little Jimmy” I was always right beside my grandfather Jimmie Searcy, thus I am third generation in the business. My grandfather taught me to deal fairly and be honest with our customers. I am proud to say that I am conducting estate sales for the children, nephews, nieces and grandchildren of the people that my grandfather conducted sales for.
In 1994, I joined forces with Donna Poor, a second generation antiques dealer, her mother is Vee Gilmore. Vee owned Times Past Antiques at Bayard.

For the past 34 years, we have been conducting lectures and teaching classes on ethics in the business as well as conducting the estate sales and auctions. We enjoy a great reputation and our team continues to work hard to keep it that way.
We will tell you what you have and what it could sell for realistically in today’s market. You will be paid with valid funds within seven days of the sale. Your house will be broom swept.

YOU WILL BE PAID WITH VALID FUNDS IN THE FORM OF A BANK CASHIERS CHECK. Along with your proceeds, you will be given itemization of sold items and the final selling price.
