Working with Sue Odell was an absolute pleasure. From the moment we were in contact, I found her to be friendly, professional, kind, and tuned in - not only to the practical needs for my home sale, but also the stress and emotion that these things can entail. My particular situation had significant and unexpected challenges which she navigated with grace and ease, supporting me the whole time. She clearly knows her business and clientele as well as the follow-up resources that are necessary to complete the process. She was generous with her time and her heart and made an otherwise very difficult situation as palatable as possible. Her team is as professional, trustworthy, and courteous as she is and it was a pleasure working with all of them. Her willingness & flexibility to assist with problems that were not anticipated was a God-send and I feel much gratitude for her assistance. I would highly recommend Sue for staging your home as she created a lovely and pleasing flow for my sale, as well as to run a home sale that yields results. Dear Sue,
I want to express my appreciation for your excellent service before, during, and after my moving sale. Your attention to details of every kind is impressive to say the least, from your pre-sale planning, to your marketing, to your follow through. I was truly amazed that you would return home after a full non-stop day to email all of your customer base with new photos highlighting the next day's merchandise to draw them in. Or call a particular customer you knew to be a good prospect for one of the large items on sale AND deliver it to him because he could not otherwise buy it. Or that you would run from place to place to plant your directional signs to create customer traffic. I have spent many years in professional sales and am able to view sales and marketing efforts with an experienced and critical eye. You rank among the best and you are an A+ in my book.
I have already praised you to all my friends and acquaintances and, when the need arises, I know they will be calling on you for your help.
It is clear that your staff admires your level of professionalism and effort. You, in turn, treat them with respect ,
consideration, and appreciation for their efforts. Clearly they feel empowered by the way you relate to them. It was really most enjoyable and a privilege to see you all in action and to interact with you, contributing where I could.
There is so much you provided that reached way above and beyond our contractual agreement. You are a true professional. It was a pleasure to have you conduct my sale.

"Living in the the same home for 47 years and raising 4 children, you can only imagine the amount of stuff we accumulated. Sue came as a referral and what a great referral at that.
Sue initially coordinated a moving sale to reduce the massive amount of personal possession in the house as the first step in getting my home ready for sale. With her team in force, a 2-day moving sale resulted in the reduction of personal belongings and some extra money to make some necessary repairs. Following the sale, Sue began staging the home and packing excess items for my move. Within 2 weeks, the house was listed for sale and a week later we were already receiving offers. I thought it would take a long time to sell the house, but Sue assured me, with her staging and proper pricing, the house would sell quickly. And sure enough, she was right!
Finally, Sue was very involved with the move management. She was able to use her resources to sell furniture and home decor at auction, and she even had a resource for clothing consignment.
Sue was there on moving day and was the last to leave. I can't imagine what I would have done without her."

"We needed a rapid solution to a quick move and I received Sue’s name from a friend. She impressed me the minute she arrived with her warm demeanor and business-like approach to our situation. She assessed what we had, chose the optimum date for the sale, and went to work with her team. Because of other commitments, I was not able to be involved and was lucky to leave it in Sue’s competent hands. She took on the challenges of coordinating the timing with our movers and contractors, staged all of the pieces beautifully on the first floor of our home for optimal foot traffic, and took charge on the sale days. Not only did she run a successful moving sale, she arranged to have the remaining pieces picked up by a local charity for us. I can’t recommend her services highly enough."
