The Good Lord and very good neighbors blessed us with referrals as we hurriedly and unexpectedly became responsible for transitioning my elderly cousin to a skilled nursing facility for her dementia. She was a former paralegal then CNA, so was absolutely entrenched in the belief that she needed to save literally every piece of paper, statement, envelope, not to mention antiques, double and triple sets of kitchenware, and more since her work life and then married life began in 1963! We were overwhelmed!
The wonderful crew of J&S saved the day! It is the knowledge, caring, totally open and honest communication from our very first meeting with Jerry & Stephanie that comforted us in our decision to trust them completely and agree to have them "join Cousin Mary's team". Each team member went above and beyond to help us do as much as possible to provide for Mary, gently gathering, sorting, freshening, staging Mary's treasures from an 86 year old lifetime. Stephanie communicated daily with photos, texts, and calls to keep me apprised here in Colorado, giving me/us one less daunting responsibility to fret about.

I have had the pleasant opportunity of using this company to do two different estate sales. Most recently was in January of this year. In both cases Stephanie and Jerry were wonderful to work with.. Where to begin! Our original sale was supposed to be in April but when the Covid hit, we had to keep pushing it later into the summer. J&S held an estate sale on behalf of my nephew a few years ago. He was very pleased with them and when it was time to sell my mother's estate this year, I contacted them. They were SO friendly and down-to-earth. I had read their rules on line and they followed everything that was written. They didn't bring any of their own things to sell as another company had done at my first experience with an estate sale company that did one for my aunt's house. They were upfront and transparent on how they conducted their sales. Communication was excellent. If I had a question, I tested Stephanie and although she was VERY busy getting my mom's house prepared for the sale, she responded in a timely manner, answering all of my concerns. They are genuinely nice people too. They don't come in and take over. They listened to me and my concerns about certain property and followed my wishes without question. They cleaned, rearranged the furniture, etc. and made my mom's house look SO GREAT! Their pictures of sale items were incredible - about 400 close up pics of everything. They made the things look so good that I wanted to go buy them, lol. They found things in the house that I hadn't seen in years even though I had gone through the house for several months, clearing old things out that were not related to the sale. It was a walk down memory lane for sure. The signage was great and although I was worried about people showing up for the sale because of the location, Stephanie reassured me that that was the last thing she was worried about. With almost 7000 Facebook followers, she assured me they would have customers and they sure did! In the cold rain the first day, over 80 people were in line before the start time. Wow! The crowds continued daily and they sold almost everything possible. I highly recommend them to anyone considering an estate sale. They treated my mom's home and the possessions like family.

I attended my first J&S Estate sale today, and wanted to say that they were extremely organized, had everything fairly priced, and had the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a sale.
I bought a statue out of the back yard (which was muddy), and a nice guy even helped me carry it to my car, and put plastic down so my trunk didn't get dirty.

J & S estate sales were fabulous! They helped my brother and I empty out a 2,700 foot house that was FULL of items! Amazing job. J & S conducted the estate sale at our parents home of over 55 years in Fort Worth. Very professional and hardworking group, doing a lot of cleaning to make items presentable for the sale. Our emotional attachment made it difficult for us, but J & S was respectful and understanding of that factor. They are so friendly and fair to all their customers. I've arrived early to several of their sales, and they have great organization, including "take a number" if it's cold or yucky outside, so customers can wait in their car !! I always look forward to their sales and their friendliness!!

I've been a customer at numerous J&S Estate Sales. Jerry and Stephanie are always professional. They handle the families needs with discretion and the pricing for their customers is fair. They make the sale enjoyable. As far as I'm concerned J&S Estate Sales is the best company in our area.

I follow a lot of estate sales and J and S Estate Sales is the best company by far. They set up the cleanest sale and have the fairest prices of any others in the area. Stephany, Jerry and the whole crew is so nice and make you feel like family. I have never seen another company that puts more into their sales, hard work, dedication, love for the family and great customer skills. They are truly number one in my book.

Hello, I just wanted to thank Stephanie and Jerry at JS Estate sales for doing such a great job for my parent in laws. They were downsizing to an apartment and had so many items to let go of but really were overwhelmed. Stephanie and Jerry helped with the emotional side of downsizing as well as the physical side of going through so much stuff. They had a good eye for what was going to sell and the appraisal side of the business as well. Even when we had a few bumps in the emotional side of the sale, they both were very understanding and helped smooth things out. The sale went great and it was such a relief to not been burdened with storing unnessesary items . Here goes...... Stephanie and Jerry are awesome! I was closing in on a move across country and I found that I needed to downsize my household goods. I was hesitant to have a sale "inside" my home, but upon meeting Jerry and Stephanie I knew I was in good hands. They staged everything beautifully and sold out early. They even sold my backyard swing set! If it weren't for everything being gone, you would have never known anyone was there. No two people are more professional and knowledgeable.
