We were not able to use Gunning Co. (they were booked up until our closing date)
but Mike was kind to meet us at our parents' home and give us advice which we
followed. It is an overwhelming job but made easier with his guidance. We highly
recommend his services to liquidate an estate.....and don't wait to book!

We were nervous because it was our first experience with an estate sale, and we were 1000 miles away the months before and during the event. We shouldn’t have worried at all! You made it so easy and were wonderful to work with. You answered all our questions and dealt with the inventory changes with patience and kindness. You took care of everything from marketing to pricing to organizing drawers of jewelry to moving armoires to managing the removal of a couple appliances to final sweeping up of the empty house.
