**Please Note: The demand for coins, guns, jewelry, clean home furnishing's and lawn & garden equipment has been very high along with strong prices realized during the 2019 season. It appears that this trend will continue going into the 2020 season.
Each individual sale situation is unique. When we are hired to price and sell an estate sale, tipically between 85% to 95% of the merchandize will be sold. In some cases I can Auction the remains on the last day. Remaining items normally become the responsibility of the client. In some cases we can arrange to have items picked up by a local charity for tax deduction or a removal service can be contacted. One charge that a client may incur is a dumpster fee when required in preparation of the sale or when the client chooses to have one for any remaining items after the sale.
