Grace Estates is a SERVICE based professional estate sale business.

 Here are some things I would like you to know before considering my company to do your estate sale. *I have been doing estate sales for 25 years for family members and families of friends. I wanted to go back to work after my 4th child went off to college and decided to take my hobby and make it my work. I absolutely love what I do.

I felt there was a void in estate sale providers... in that they didn't seem to care much about the clients or the customers. I knew I could and would do the job with more compassion and concern for what the family was going through and be respectful and nicer to the customers that come to the sale to spend their money. (Please ask for a contact list of clients my company has served and ask any or all of them yourself. I like to say they didn't know me until after I had finished the job...just like you. They can assure you I am who I say I am)

Be it a death, divorce, down-sizing or a transfer to a nursing facility, these are emotional times for everyone involved. I'm here to make the part of selling the life long contents of the home the least stressful of all the events. With that said...some more information: *I research collectibles, furniture, special items, etc...before pricing. *I advertise and market extensively. Estatesales.org, estatesales.com, Craig's List, city Newspapers, signs, Facebook and my own email customer base. *I have wonderful, honest workers whom I have known for 20+ years. *I absorb all fees for permits, signs, tags & 3% credit card fees. (I take cash, checks & credit cards) *I supply all tables, display cases, shelves & any other items I will need to set up. *I work with you before, during & after the sale. *I am qualified to sell on eBay with 13 years of experience and a positive feedback of 1150. I also sell on Craig's List to get a broader audience for items if need be. *I charge a flat percentage rate of the gross sales. Percentage rates for single items priced over $5,000 such as cars, boats, land, farm equipment, etc...are negotiated between the client and myself before the signing of the contract and added under "Special Provisions".
