ON-SITE LIQUIDATION (Estate Sale) 

Most legal and standard dictionaries will define an estate sale as a “type of sale or auction to dispose of all or the majority of the materials owned by a person who is deceased or will be moving.” Of course, there are further definitions for a number of given circumstances that involve an estate sale where property must be disposed of in the manner designated by a probate court, executor, beneficiary or an individual. 

The location of the estate property represents the premises where an estate sale will take place. Any estate sale preparation, promotion, estimated value of items and the actual sale of items will be managed by our team. Depending upon the location and contents of the estate, this method of liquidation generally represents the most cost-effective option for our clients. Any items remaining after the end of an estate sale may be purchased by our company or donated to charity unless another option is requested by our client. 

ESTATE BUYOUT 

On occasion, a beneficiary, executor or an individual with rights to an estate will request not to have an estate sale regardless of the need to dispose of some of all personal items the estate possesses. The contents of such an estate may be purchased by our company. 

APPRAISAL 

Estate Services, LLC offers item value estimates for our clients and may provide certified appraisers for your estate needs. 

CONSIGNMENT 

Dependent upon the items contained in an estate, a client may decide to grant our company the right to sell an item or items off premises. We will consign or place these into our sale venues for the best possible return for our client. 

AUCTION 

According to our market research on behalf of our client, when an item contained in an estate warrants a specific sale venue, our company will determine the most appropriate auction placement in order to help obtain the best possible return-on-investment for our client. 

MOVING SERVICES 

Estate Services, LLC will provide for local moving of items for our client’s convenience. This fee-for-service option will also include the preparation, packaging and domestic shipping of requested items anywhere in the continental United States. 

CLEANING SERVICES 

We offer a broom clean standard that is strictly adhered to with the client option of more extensive cleaning services. Our dedicated team of cleaning professionals will prepare the residence for any new owners or for timely rental after the estate sale has ended. 

REAL-ESTATE STAGING SERVICES 

Estate Services, LLC has established network relationships with interior decorators and real-estate staging professionals to bring these coordinated services to our clients and associates through a one source centralized management.
