We are a Professional Estate Sale Management Company in Salt Lake County Utah. We have been conducting sales for the past 15 years. The Estate Sale is held on location in the home. We recommend contacting an Estate Sale Company before you donate or dispose of any items. When we manage an Estate Sale we take care of cleaning and organizing the merchandise to create the best presentation, researching values, pricing, conducting the sale, and maintaining a log of items sold. One of our staff is a certified antique appraiser. We manage sales in Salt Lake City, Holladay, Murray, Olympus Cove, Millcreek, Sandy, and other locations in Salt Lake County Utah. Our usual commission is 35% of sales. There are no other fees.
