I just wanted to thank you and your crew so much for the amazing job that you did on our estate sale. When we started the process of downsizing, we dreaded having to have a yard sale and had too much to just give away. It was so nice to have you come in, organize everything, price it appropriately, and SELL IT ALL for us!

I want to convey to you how pleased I was with your service.
The service you delivered during my estate sale was fantastic. Starting from the first time I contacted you, you and your team guided me through each step. Even steps I had not thought about.
You gave me a general schedule that was understandable and worked within my move date parameters.
Prior to the sale you gave me advice on:
· how to select items for sale,
· how to prepare the house and items for sale,
· what my actions prior to and during the sale should be,
· what actions you would be taking, and
· an untold number of bits and pieces about how sales could be improved by my preparation.
Also prior to the sale, your crew prepared the displays, setup the house for the sale, planned and laid out the customer flow and put up signs showing where customers were to stay out.
I personally observed the professional performance of your team. The customer control, the sale item control, the accounting for items sold.
Overall I would rate your service as excellent; a service that was professionally conducted and during a time of family stress you and your team relieved us of many worries.

Recently I was faced with the task of significantly downsizing my estate I knew that this task was bigger than I wanted to handle myself, so I hired one of our (Familyestatesale.com) local professional members, Garnett Estate Sales and Dry Goods. I am happy to say that I absolutely made the right choice in using this estate liquidator.
Garnett Estate Sales and Dry Goods and all of their employees were a pleasure to work with, especially owner, Rachael Garnett. Rachael worked tirelessly to make the sale organized, profitable and successful.
She made sure all items were priced and priced correctly. She researched most items to ensure that they were not underpriced. To both of our surprise she found that many of the books I had collected over the years were quite valuable. These books brought hundreds of dollars instead of the few dollars they have sold for without her doing the research.
She did a great job of promoting the sale using many different resources and methods, which resulted in an unbelievable turnout. She made sure that items that would be of interest to collectors where listed on her advertising. Garnett does something most others liquidators don't; they open the sales on Thursday afternoon, which gives those who work a chance to get to the sale before all of the good stuff is gone.
Garnett Estate Sales made sure that the sale was adequately staffed. Their staff was professional, cheerful and attentive. Unlike most liquidators, they even had staff that happily helped customers load their merchandise.
I was most pleased with the honesty and integrity displayed by Rachael and her crew. When you turn over your belongings to someone trust is essential to a successful outcome.
I can personally recommend Garnett Estate Sales to anyone who needs to liquidate an estate.

I was so glad to have Garnett Estate Sales and Dry Goods handle the estate sale when my grandmother passed away. Rachael is wonderful to work with and she was very sensitive to the passing of my grandmother and my feelings about the belongings in her home. It was comforting to know the things my grandmother once loved were handled in a respectful manner.
