Whether you are hoping to sell an entire home full of contents, several items of significant value, or a unique collection, NYMES is the answer. Within a matter of a few weeks, NYMES can help you sell your entire home's worth of contents!
Our process is simple:
Consultation: Consultations are free and allow you to understand how our service is unique and make certain that this is the right decision for your family.
Discovery: We sift through the complete contents of the home to make certain that the potential value of all property is maximized.
Photography: We use a professional photographer and take multiple high-resolution photographs of each item.
Cataloging: Our staff does the research and writes descriptions for the items that will be listed for sale online.
Marketing: We have an extensive list of buyers in our contact list, and reach tens of thousands of customers every day, each sale can present the opportunity to reach a new audience. We make certain that your items receive the attention they deserve.
Online Sale: We post your sale items to our website for seven (7) days. Sale Pick-Up: After the close of the online sale, buyers pick up their purchases at the sale location during the published pick-up dates and times. If buyers are located outside of the region or cannot make it to the sale pick-up, they can also arrange for shipping.
Settlement: A detailed inventory of items sold along with the sale proceeds is provided shortly after the conclusion of the sale.
Buyers:
Online Sale: All sale items are listed on NYMES.net for seven (7) days. Bidding for each and every item starts at one dollar ($1.00) and the highest bid at the end of the auction wins. Photographs and brief descriptions are posted with every item that is posted for sale.**Please check our terms and conditions for each sale before bidding. Sale Pick-Up: After the close of the online sale, buyers pick up their purchases at the established sale location during the published pick up dates and times.
