Easy Pickings is a full service estate sales company that has been in business since 1903.  We have excellent references available. We work with our clients on a 90 day contract allowing us time to market the items through various channels:  estate sale, estate sale warehouse, antique & collectables shows, internet, emails to our customer lists, and our retail location in Cost Mesa. 

We can stage an estate sale at your location or we can move your estate items off site to our estate sale warehouse, if your community does not allow estate sales at your location. We have our own trucks and staff to do so.

We offer a full range of services with staff including but not limited to: realtors to sell your property, appraisers, professional staging co., evaluators, Antique gallery, Art gallery, Estate Sale retail location. We can also provide your estate with house cleaning or other services that you may need at additional costs.  These costs vary based on the scheduling and the scope of the job.

We offer a 70-30 split on the sale of your items, the more we make you, the more we make.  We can also just purchase your entire estate and clear out your house. We work hard to get you the most for your family’s  estate items. What does not sell at your estate sale can be taken to the many antique shows we do to get close to full retail for them. We call 1000's of collectors that are looking to purchase estate items for more than you would get at the sale. We get close to 1000 buyers at our estate sales over a three day period.
