     June Hayes & Associates, Inc. dba Heritage Estates, is a full service appraisal and estate sale company working from the Rio Grande Valley to the Texas Hill Country. We are pleased to be the first accredited member of the American Society of Estate Liqudators in our area. Members of our team have conducted sales in various locales and are available to travel to almost any location.

     A team of experienced professionals, including two accredited appraisers with the International Society of Appraisers, will organize, price and market your estate or moving sale. The company enjoys a large and loyal following and is privileged to have many  referrals from pleased clients. Two accredited appraisers are qualified to evaluate estate jewelry and silver, art, a wide range of collectibles, and antique textlles, as well as household goods and general residential contents, and even farm and ranch and office and restaurant equipment. Experts are called in when needed.

June Hayes, ISA AM, and Pam Lewis, ISA AM, follow USPAP 2012-2013 regulations as required by the Appraisal Foundation.  Appraisal reports may be contracted for equitable  distribution, probate, taxable estates, charitable donations, insurance planning, divorce settlement, and for resale information. June Hayes also specializes in appraising and assisting with historic property inventories and has worked with an internationally known landmark to update their inventory, as well as a well known convent to liquidate their holdings when they moved to smaller facilities.
