I called Pack Rat after seeing them on Angie's List. Being that I have never had an estate sale,they were able to explain exactly how things were done & what the cost would be. They were WONDERFUL!!!! Professional,friendly,knowledgeable and extremly hard working! The clean up they did before hand was worth the price paid all by itself!!!!
Do Not expect garage sale prices for an estate sale! It's comparing apples to oranges! They are there for 1 reason,to make you a profit! Trust that they know what they are doing,because they do!!!!!
I would definitly use them again & cannot say enough!!!!!

Dave and Dan don't charge any upfront costs for their services; they work on commission & they work very hard! My husband John & I were impressed with the depth of their knowledge of our merchandise, organizational and interpersonal skills, and their ability to get fair prices for what was sold. We stayed in touch via phone and email until the week before the sale when they spent several hours going through what we wanted to sell, and even found some additional items we had forgotten about. They brought a very professional looking locking jewelry case and several tables. The morning of the sale, they got everything ready for sale and totally took care of everyone who walked in the door. The sale ran from 9 to 3 and we were paid at the end of the day.Great job!

Thank you for suggesting Pack Rat, the DiCarlo brothers, for my tag
sale. They spent days researching prior to the sale and worked
tirelessly on sale day. Their ads brought in many people interested in
the items I was selling. Buyers lined up before 7 a.m. Often there were
long lines of buyers lined up (in the rain) waiting to come in. I am
happy to say it was a very profitable day.
