I wish to personally thank you for the outstanding job you provided in handling the estate sale of both the personal property and real estate of my parents home in Fort Pierce, FL. As you know, I have over 30 years in real estate sales, appraising, and lending experience. By far in all my working years, I have not seen another individual provide the level of professionalism you exhibited. As a brief reminder, I will review what you accomplished in less than 90 days.

Our initial meeting took place in late May 2014 at which time you explained the process of having an estate sale, along with your fees and services. We also reviews the prospect of having you handling the sale of the home through Dale Sorensen Real Estate. Your presentation was so complete that even though I had appointments with some of your competitors I opted to sign with you immediately and cancelled my other appointments. At our initial meeting you mentioned that sometimes you are able to sell the Real Estate during the estate sale. I thought you were being overly optimistic even mentioning that possibility considering current market conditions, especially considering the price you recommended was only $190 less than the appraisal I had recently completed.

After scheduling the estate sale for July, you began advertising the sale and personally inviting your vast list of buyers to the sale. Approximately 2 and 1/2 weeks before the sale you started the inventory and pricing process. I knew my mom had accumulated a lot of "stuff" but little did I know how much. At the end of the inventory and pricing project you had handled well over 10,000 individual items. I especially appreciate that prior to the sale my wife and I had the chance to review the prices on everything and discuss the price on any item.

As you requested, neither myself or my wife attended the sale, so your phone calls at the end of the day were greatly appreciated, especially the great news that you had exceeded your anticipated sales.

At the end of day 3 of the, my wife and I drove up to see what was left and to start the process of figuring out who to donate the remaining items to. When you explained that you had an offer on everything left, we were overjoyed. Then you really impressed me by indicating we had some offers to review on the real estate. You not only had sold everything in the house but you had 3 offers to buy the home.

Over the next couple of day we negotiated these contracts and ended up selling the home for $8,100 more than we were asking. Ultimately, we closed the sale mid August 2014.

As I indicated earlier your professionalism, guidance, and knowledge was tremendous. The fact that you always returned my calls and your level of service was amazing.
