With the death of my spouse, I became a widow. I needed help selling his estate sale items. I gave Gails Estate Sales a call as I had heard good things about her. We arranged for a consultation at my home. Once we reached an agreement and a time and date was set, I turned things over to Gail and John.
I was in shock how beautifully they arranged every item and it gave the impression of a high-end boutique.
John and Gail exceeded my expectations; they are professionals you can trust and rely on.Their extensive experience in the industry has given them a good understanding of pricing. I ended up making twice as much money as I had anticipated. Regards Lisa

After the unexpected loss of both of of my parents within a two-month period, I was completely overwhelmed and unprepared to deal with the prospect of taking care of all that they had accumulated during their lifetimes and a marriage that lasted for over 73 years. I knew of Gail's Estate Sales by reputation and when friends encouraged me to reach out to her, I did. It was the BEST decision I ever made. Gail assured me that her team would take care of everything and that's exactly what they did. Carrie and John were brilliant! They were not only skilled, experienced, dedicated, hardworking professionals, they handled each step of the process with the greatest care, sensitivity, and respect. By the time they had finished the house looked like a high-end shop/boutique, which I'm certain undoubtedly contributed to the success of the sale. As promised, at the end of the process, I received an empty and clean house, ready to place on the market. Gail and her team delivered on each and every commitment and exceeded my expectations in EVERY possible way. I can't say enough about how grateful I am or how much I appreciate the tremendous weight they took off my shoulders at such an unspeakably difficult time. I could NEVER have accomplished this task alone and thanks to them, I didn't have to. Thank you, Gail, Carrie, John, and all the rest of the team that made this possible.

This was our first experience using an estate sale company. Gail was recommended by a friend in the area. Once we decided to sell the home my wife and I started the huge task of trying to get the home ready to put on the market. My sister lived in the house for over 15 years and had accumulated more stuff than we could ever have imaged. We soon realized that we could not get the house in a condition to sell by ourselves. We hired Gail's company and over the next three weeks she turned the home into a retail showplace. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. We recommend doing yourself a favor and let the the professionals handle your estate sale and preparation to sell your home.

My father recently moved into a Senior facility and they recommended Gail's Estate Sales with regard. Gail came and looked at my father's home and was a little astonished at how much stuff my father had acquired over the years. She took the job but it was so big she had to do the sale over two weedends. Gail and her partner John did an incredible job organizing and staging the home. They cleaned the house and many of the items before hand. I was amazed at how well organized and professional Gail and her crew were, they make it look so easy. There was no way my family could have done this job, we really appreciate all her efforts.

Gail’s estate sales is in an elite category of their own, I was in need of an estate business to handle my mother’s estate, upon interviewing several business and visiting their estate events there was no question that Gail’s Estate is the best in its league. Gail and her team were impeccable in the way they stage all the inventory and presented themselves during the event. I was so impressed on how much was sold during the entire scheduled estate event. After following Gail's Estate Sales for over 2 1/2 yrs now, there is just nothing that compares to her staging or pricing. She is extremely ultracareful with the homeowners items. She is attentive to her customers and always greets them by name. If not the first time you visit count on it the second time. Thanks for furnishing a good part of my home, Gail.

Never having downsized, I had a lot of stuff to sell. This couple came in , took over and did a brilliant job! Everything was displayed beautifully! And everything was gone at the last day of the sale. I would highly recommend Gayle’s Estates Sale! She is amazing! And very, very friendly!

What a wonderful experience! Gail's staff offered to carry, store and sort the many items I recently bought. They were friendly and helpful, a trait that you don't find often at many estate sales. I felt like a valued customer, and will follow Gail's sales from now on!

Gail knows her stuff! Everything is clean and well laid out in the rooms. The preview of items for sale she sends is so very helpful. My husband and I will NEVER go to a garage sale again. We went to another company's sale, and the items were thrown into piles and dirty ... will stick with Gail's from now on! We have found several great deals

I just have to say that after going to many estate sales in (and out) of the area that Gail and her team are truly professionals! They treat everyone with respect and friendliness! We will definitely recommend Gails Estate Sales to anyone who finds themselves in need of one like we did! We had a complicated situation with our HOA and a gated community and Gail was the only one willing to work with our tight schedule and limited time during the day of the sale. They came in and did their best to sell as much as they could within the short time (1 day) that they had. She was professional and honest up front about the need for more days but was willing to do the sale anyway and do whatever they could do to make it work! Thank you so much Gail!

Gail's is the only estate sale I go to. This is because all other sales are at the least inferior in every way. Every item is clean and neatly laid out in a professional manner. Her prices are not only reasonable, but in some cases for below others in the same field. Should a customer be lucky enough to find items still available on last day of the sale, they have been reduced to a fantastic clearance price.

Gail and her staff do an exceptional job of organizing, pricing, cleaning, and arranging all of the items for sale. The amount of time and true attention to detail she exhibits makes it so much more enjoyable to attend one of her estate sales as opposed to the many other's I've been to. Her prices are VERY FAIR, also! If I ever personally had the need for her services, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Gail's Estate Sales--they are THAT good at what they do.
