Twice Onsite offers a free consultation where we visit the property and evaluate the contents. If you are also selling the property, we specialize in staging the home to show it in the best light. We bring hundreds of potential buyers to the property during the sale as well, we have had success in bringing the client to the table for the sale of the property 4 out of 5, times. While we stage and price the contents of the home we always leave the property "show" ready, in case a realtor pops in with a client. Once you are qualified for an on site sale and you have chosen to use our company, we start with taking many photos for our website and many online sites. We then appraise and estimate market value for the contents. While researching, if we find that you have an item or items that would receive substantially more money on a world market, we market in our online stores before the on site sale. We then advertise in your local area, nationally and globally. The sale is usually a 2 day event. We have a wonderful team of sales people and our sales are all itemized with a computerized software. Once the sale is complete, we offer our clean out services so that the property is ready for sale or closing. I also have a company in Brattleboro, Vt., Twice Upon A Time Antiques, that has been in business for 27 years. With this company we can bring any unsold sale able goods to the Main St. store for consignment. Twice Onsite offers to liquidate your estate from start to finish, with only one company for you to communicate with. We offer itemized reports and the payment for the on site sale is paid two weeks after the sale.
