OUR TIMELINE, PROCESS & FEES:
Our timeline for the average project is approximately 2 weeks from the time our team begins to the time the sale ends. We book out approximately a month in advance. Each project is typically fairly different from one another as our homes are so different from one another’s. We will perform all the necessary marketing, sorting, displaying, appraising, tagging and selling to make your sale successful. Our company finds the best solution(s) to your specific project and in turn, is the reason we draw the biggest crowds and the highest profits from each of our sales.
Our team offers an array of experience and a level of customer service that is unmatched. We like to think the we set ourselves apart from the industry by offering exceptional service to every one of our clients. We are a full time, full service, professional estate services solution company. Our sale managers are extremely knowledgeable and the reason we have quickly become the number one provider in the area.
Over half of our business is through referrals from past clients, attorney’s, realtors and many others. We know referrals are earned and we would enjoy getting the opportunity to further discuss your project.
Our projects fees are commission based and 95% of our sales we work on, fall into this category. The only time, where there are other fees associated with the sale, are hoarder sales, which take well over a month to process, or, very small sales with very little value. 95% of our sales that we do are anywhere from at 70% split to you and 30% to us for high end estates with very high values up to a 50%/50% split on smaller, less valuable sales. The average sale falls somewhere in the middle of this range.
The reason this percentage varies, is that the size of each home varies, the content varies, the value varies and the condition of items vary greatly from home to home. So, we perform an onsite consultation called a “walkthrough” which is free and there is no obligation. This is a great time for us to answer other questions you may have after speaking with us initially. It’s also a good time to meet our team, understand the process in more detail and provide you the necessary information so you and your family are prepared for the event. During this meeting we will decide if it’s a 3 day sale or a 2 day sale etc. We have run sales as long as 16 days of selling and as little as 1. At the walkthrough, we will also determine commission terms and provide you all of the information you will need. After the sale is scheduled there is little to nothing you need to do. We will handle it all!
