(06) With (up to) 100 photos on estatesales.net. & unlimited photos on estatesales.com  Photos are a very important aspect for getting customers to show up at a sale!!!                                                                                                                                            (07) Promoting through established Consignment Store customers.

B. Betty Sue & Company has successfully completed over 100 ESTATE SALES (from San Francisco to Placerville and througout the Central Valley)
C. Commission is 35%.
D. Client  (cash if preferred) is paid to the client one day after the sale is complete.
E. We provide a 'turn key' service.
F. Clean & display items.
G. Price items.
H. Provide tables, signage, tablecloths (& all other items necessary for a successful sale)
I. At end of sale all items are removed & property is broom clean.
J. References available upon request
K. Contract signed or not...our word means everything to us!!!
