With over 16 years combined experience, All You Need Estate Sales is a professional and confidential service involving estate sale liquidation and consignment. We help a family turn assets in a home or business to quick cash by holding an estate sale that last just 2-3 days. We will come in and sort, stage and price all items for the sale. Exceptional photography and lighting is what we focus on for advertising. There is no upfront cost to the estate representative. All costs such as permits, newspaper ads, credit card fee’s, security, parking, and extensive advertising are all included. Our clients want the most money their items are valued at and our customers want a good deal. We have the experience to create that balance. Make sure you hire someone you can trust with references. Deciding to have an estate sale can be overwhelming.  Planning for a sale on your own could be very emotional.

Arrangements can be made with those who are not local. It is not necessary to be in the same state in order to conduct a sale. All arrangements can be made via telephone and email.  The residence will be left broom cleaned. A report of the items sold will be generated and attached to your check. We do it all!
