7. Unlike other Competitors who choose to shut down their sales as early as noon, we operate from 8 A.M. until 3 P.M and sometimes later. This increases sales potential. Anything less would be inconvenient and insufficient for our customers and your buyers.
8. We heavily promote your sale through a variety of promotional vehicles including our website, an in-house email list of preferred shoppers, the local newspaper, and Craigslist as well as highly visible signage on the days of the sale.
9. We are professionals. This means that you can trust that when the doors open on sale day, the home will look like a well-merchandised store. We provide a pleasant, clean and effortless shopping experience for the customer. We bring in our own display tables, use tablecloths, display like items together, and clean all items that require it. We clean out drawers, cabinets, closets, boxes and trunks. Everything is priced so customers do not have to ask for prices. All of our staff members wear Above and Beyond apparel so that customers know exactly who to ask for help.
