The primary mission of TLC Estate Servicesis to provide estate liquidation services to our customers in the most professional,secure,kind and caring manner.

TLC Estate Services promises to make the liquidation of an estate as easy and stress free as possible. We will approach each situation with professionalism and empathy and will strive to work with our customers to achieve the best possible outcome for all involved. Every item chosen for inclusion in an estate sale will always be decided on with the family and will always be sold at a fair market value.

Using our service allows you to concentrate on other aspects of your life while helping to reduce stressYour treasures, collections or items of sentimental value will be handled with great care.We will work closely with each client to decide what will be sold.There are no out of pocket or up front costs,all fees are payable at the end of the sale. Communication is vital to us, prior to, during and after the sale.Your satisfaction & complete understanding of our services is utmost important.  We will do all we can to provide you with information, but we understand you may have questions. Please ask – Don’t assume anything.We go over everything step by step.

OUR SERVICES

Free initial meet and greet. This first meeting is an introduction and brief survey of the estate. – Please ask for your copy of our comprehensive Estate Sale Catalog.  Photographic log of items to be included in the sale. – Upon requestStaging and facilitation of the on-site estate sale.  We conduct an advertising campaign for the event to include local papers, on-line advertising, e-mail and Craigslist, among others.  – Our mailing list is at 800 emails.  We provide street signs directing customers to the sale site. - The area of the sale determines street sign usage.  We provide sale site security to insure to safety of all items on the premises during the sale.  We can facilitate donation of unwanted and unsold items to a local non-profit organization. - Visit our Charities page for information on our donation process.

It is very important for the executor to distribute all estate items that are supposed to go to family members prior to the signing of our contract. This ensures a smooth and stress free process for everyone involved.  If you are downsizing, please remove all items you are keeping, or segregate them to a special room we can close the door on.

IF YOU ARE SHOPPING WITH US

§  We do not pre-sell items    

§  We sell household items at fair market value    

§  We provide a numbered entry during busy times of our sales events   

§  There are no public restrooms at the estate   

§  Please no food or drinks or pets inside the estate    

§  50% non-refundable deposit required to hold an item     

§  $500 non-refundable cash deposit required to hold a vehicle – vehicles will be held for 5 hours only – **special circumstances may apply**     

§  Cashier accepts CASH & CREDIT CARDS at the exit to the estate

§  Credit Card purchases add “Card Use Fee”   3%

§  Shoplifters will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law  

§  All large items must be picked up no later than 3pm on the day it is sold – **special circumstances may apply*

§  All items are sold “as-is, where-is”    

§  No Refunds or Exchanges
