Bethesda Downsizing was the epitome of professionalism. From the moment we contacted them, they did everything they could to fit our schedule, and put any fears we had to rest. Our sale was a somewhat daunting task. My father is elderly, and not used to changes in his routine. Brette understood this and patiently worked with him to not only explain the process, but also make him feel like part of the team. She couldn't have been nicer.
Not surprisingly, the sale was a huge success. We sold more than we ever expected, and took full advantage of Brette's post sale team to empty the house all together. The process was absolutely seamless. We owe Bethesda Downsizing a great big thank you, and would highly recommend them to any and all who have to struggle through this difficult process.

Brette and her very able team made my job of selling the furnishings of my mother's home much less daunting and emotional than it would have been. Brette intuited what needed to be done at every step and guided me there to get the job done right--as my mom would have wanted it in fact. They made sure this was a dignified and efficient process and that my mom's beloved items would give joy to the new owners. Brette keeps her keen eye focused on "moving product" without underselling valuable goods. It takes a pro to do that. In short, selling "things" is only half the challenge they tackle. This is equal parts business and art.

We were delighted with your managing our sale this past weekend. There were numerous challenges, primarily with the awful weather that you and your wonderful staff overcame, and pulled off a sale that netted more than we imagined, and got tons of clutter out of the house. You and your staff displayed things well, priced everything appropriately, and, in short, we couldn't have been more pleased with Bethesda Downsizing.

My experience with Bethesda Downsizing was truly excellent. I had quite a challenging move-out with a very tight deadline and Brette took care of everything with great speed and extraordinary care. She is a very conscientious and resourceful person and gets the job done! We had some unexpected challenges on the property and everything was handled calmly and professionally. And the sale results were better than expected! I highly recommend Brette and Bethesda Downsizing for your estate sale and downsizing needs.

Also, we write you a check within 5 days after your sale! There are no up-front costs.
