This was the BEST estate sale service! After receiving no phone calls back from other estate sale agents, I found M37 and they were amazing! I stayed back and the checks just came in. Jay and the entire organization personify professionalism. They moved our entire five bedroom summer home, including extensive outdoor furniture. They created appropriate listing information that attracted multiple bidders. We easily met , and often far exceeded, our reserve prices. When we downsize our current home, we will only use M37.

Items are brought to a central warehouse in Caledonia where interested bidders can inspect the items. Large items are sold off site with the winning bidder responsible for pick up. Bidding is done on-line. More than 30,000 people view each of our auctions.
Consigned items include estates, business dead stock, retired equipment, store returns, excess inventory, antiques, furniture, appliances, vehicles, trailers, industrial supplies, sporting goods, household items, tools, and much more.
M37Auction is also the home to Caledonia Shipping - a UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet.
We are a family owned and operated business located in Caledonia, Michigan. We have been in the on-line consignment auction business since 2007. M37Auction.com opened in 2013. We are committed to providing high levels of customer service for both buyers and sellers. Items can be dropped off easily at our Caledonia location. We partner with City Estate Services and they will pack and bring your items to our warehouses to be sold. Our clients include individuals, estates, businesses, non-profits, government agencies, and community service organizations. We are also a UHaul Dealer so you can rent a UHaul, fill it with your items for sale, and drop it off with us. Eliminate the hassle of an on-site estate sale, Craigslist, or a garage sale.
