Timothy Bos of Jackson, MI. is a Certified Estate Specialists, he works with Attorneys, Trust Deptments and C.P.A.'s managing, creating and settling Estates. He has a lifetime love and appreciation for fine antiques and collectibles.
He is President of BOS AUCTIONS & APPRAISAL SERVICES LLC. As Reppert School of Auctioneering Graduate he brings over 15 years to his auction service which is an Affiliate member of the Jackson Area Association of Realtors.2016 Affiliate Representative of the year Award.
Tim is a REALTOR with Lefere Realty, Jackson, MI. He was awarded the 2012 REALTOR OF THE YEAR Award, They specialize in Foreclosed properties, Vacant Land and both Residential and Commercial Properties. Bos has chaired numerous committees & has sat on the Board of Directors for 6 yrs. with the Jackson Association of REALTORS.
Tim is an Accredited Appraiser with the International Society of Appraisers, specializing in Antiques, Collectibles and Residential contents. Currently holds associates status. He travels State-wide creating and conducting Appraisal Clinics, Teaching Classes, Public Speaking and holding Educational Seminars on a wide variety of topics relating to the Antique/Collectible Field.
He is Owner and Proprietor of the Jackson Antique Mall Inc. Developed in 1988 the Historic Building is located in Downtown Jackson, MI. and currently houses 40 plus Dealers showcasing their wares open seven days a week.
Tim is a member of the Michigan Auctioneers Association as well as sits on the Board of Directors as current Chairman of the Board. He chairs an/Co-chairs Committees for the yearly Convention. Being in the M.A.A helps promote the Trustworthiness, Ethics and Professional Standards of the competitive bidding method of marketing.
He is well known throughout the Jackson County, MI area, as he continues to make contributions to civic organizations and community efforts, and performs many Benefit and Charity Auctions. A Life Time Member of Tompkins Historical Museum.
Bonded and Insured he continues to strive to maintain the Highest Ethical Standards in the Appraisal, Antiques, Real Estate & Auction Business's. He continues to upgrade his services through Continuing Education, Seminars, Conventions, Net working with Peers & Studding daily to grow with the ever changing technology and demands of the fields.
