Farrell Auction Service, LLC, provides auction services for a variety of events and purposes including: liquidation of household and personal property; business liquidations; commercial and farm machinery tools/equipment; storage units; benefit and fund raising events; and serving as a contract auctioneer for other auction firms.
As a member of the Certified Appraisal Guild of America (CAGA), Farrell Auction Service, LLC, also provides appraisal service for personal property, typically for estate settlements.

Farrell Auction Service, LLC is a locally-owned, family-operated auction business. We are pleased to have a staff of professionally trained, award-winning auctioneers and staff:
R. G. (Ronnie) Farrell (Owner/Auctioneer) - Graduate of Mendenhall School of Auctioneering and World Wide College of Auctioneering. Ronnie is also a Maryland Bid Calling Champion and has competed at the International level. As the owner of Farrell Auction Service, LLC, Ronnie has conducted numerous auctions of various types including: business liquidations; commercial equipment and farm machinery; household and personal property; wholesale markets; inventory reduction auctions; and benefit auctions for numerous organizations and causes. He is a member of various professional organizations including the National Auctioneers Association (NAA), the Auctioneers Association of Maryland (AAM); Certified Appraisal Guild of America (CEGA); St. Mary's County Chamber of Commerce; and St. Mary's County Farm Bureau.
Ronnie has completed Certified Estate Specialist (CES) coursework from the NAA for auctioneers specializing in conducting estate auctions/settlements. He is a certified personal property appraiser as a graduate and member in good-standing with the Certified Appraisal Guild of America (CEGA). He also holds the Benefit Auction Specialist (BAS) designation from the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) awarded to individuals who have completed advanced training and demonstrated experience in conducting benefits auctions. He conducts numerous benefit auctions annually and provides consultation to organizations in the execution of successful benefit and fundraising events/auctions. Ronnie also provides contract auction services for other large auction firms throughout the Region. He has over 35 years of management experience in the Human Resources area. In earlier years, Ronnie was involved in various aspects of farming and livestock and owned Belgian Draft Horses.
Jason Farrell (Auctioneer) - Graduate of World Wide College of Auctioneering. In addition, Jason is an Audio and Visual Specialist, and has the expertise to enhance our auctions with state-of-art audio and visual technology. Jason raises Angus cattle and owns several miniature horses. Member: National Auctioneers Assocation
Randy Farrell (Auctioneer) - Graduate of World Wide College of Auctioneering. Randy is also an Electrician by trade and supports a variety of our logistics with a focus on our electrical support needs. He has an interest in antique tractors (especially Olivers) and horses and raised/showed Hereford cattle. Member: National Auctioneers Association
