First we will schedule a free in home consultation and evaluate all items for the sale. We pick a date thats not past your deadline and take professional pictures so we can begin our on line advertising campaign. To insure a successful turnout our marketing team promotes the sale through our extensive mailing list, social media and internet sites, signs are used to attract local buyers. Our staff prices your items and do more extensive research of your more unique and valuable pieces to insure the proper value. Value is determined from our past sales, internet comps, auction results and condition. The next step our staging team will make the house look attractive so it catches the buyers eye as soon as they enter.  If needed we will bring in additional tables, jewelry showcases, clothing, security guards and parking attendants.  You will be provided with a spreadsheet within 48 hours  after the sale and paid on all cash transactions as well, credit card transactions take 7-10 days. We can provide a clean out service and arrange for donation.
