We are an estate liquidation company based in central and southern Illinois. We pride ourselves on high standards, great work ethics and our love of what we do. We are a family based company and work with each client on an individual basis. We have worked with several nursing home, assisted living transitions, deceased loved ones, as well as moving sales. We employ honest workers and unlike an auction house, we pay our employees out of our accounts to ensure you get the best financial return we can give you and your family. We do not charge for looking at your estate property, but we do require all copies of legal documents showing the potential client does have legal authority to sell said contents.
