Terms of Auction - Cash, good check or credit cards accepted for payment. Credit card users will be charges a 3% convenience fee. Buyers must show valid picture ID to obtain buyer number. Nothing is to be removed until paid for. Neither the sellers, auctioneers nor staff are responsible for accidents, thefts, or errors in advertising. Announcements made day of auction take precedence over advertisements. All items are sold in their as-is condition. It is the buyer's responsibility to satisfy themselves as to the condition of the items they are bidding on.

Online Terms - The items listed are available for online absentee bidding. Buyers who are unable to attend the live auction may make absentee bids online and an auction staff member will bid at the live auction on your behalf to the maximum bid that you make online. Online bidders must register and provide a valid credit card for payment. There will be a 10% buyers premium for online bidders only, which includes the credit card fees. Successful online bidders will be notified by email, and will need to make arrangements with the auctioneer for pickup of their purchases. If shipping is required, all shipping and handling charges will be an additional charge to the buyer's credit card. All items are sold in their as-is condition.
