You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 8% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. Decorator perfect and owner is not taking anything! Clients paid a professional interior designer to decorate this lovely home....from tasteful furniture, lamps, lighting, furnishings, linens, books, art and garden...there are also flat screen TV's large and small as well as high end stereo equipment including a Rotel amp and Bose soundbar, etc. You must email me first. Apppointments for Saturday Oct 22 You must email me first. This is by appointment only and the address will not be published. Once I have given you an appointment, I will provide address/gate instructions etc., not before. Groups will be formed on a first come first serve basis once we have finished preparing. Since it will be by appointment only, we can only accommodate small groups at a time. Please do not be disappointed if I cannot accommodate you in the very first group. The house is full and we will have small groups every hour or so for several days up until the end of the month until we are finished. My current understanding is that the new owners will not be keeping anything and I believe everything pictured will be available for sale. In case this changes, please accept my apologies and I thank you in advance for your understanding. We are very excited about this beautiful sale and think you will be too..Imagine buying designer perfect furniture and accessories from a Newport Mansion at a fraction of their retail price..It's like shopping at Neiman-Marcus (the best of the best) and everything is on sale! |
