Inside you will find an Ashely dining table with eight chairs, Ashley sleeper sofa, 48" Philips Flat Screen TV, Philips DVR player, Accent Chairs and tables, antique library table, law and glass ball legged table, rustic farm table, pictures, linens, fireplace tools, inflatable mattress and lamps. There is a nice selection of cookware, bar ware, small applicances, dishes, food items, laundry and bath products. The garage is full of hand and power tools, paint and painting supplies, 50 sq. ft. of Oak floor, KitchenAid trash compactor, patio furniture, 46" Husqvarna riding mower, lawn and garden tools, grilles, home repair items, skate boards, fishing gear, Aruba 8 Kayak, towable tubes, skis and lake toys. DIRECTIONS: Take 412 Hwy east of Springdale past Sonora Schools and cross the bridge. Immediately turn Left (north) onto South Street (CR-1075), turn Right onto Hillcrest Drive (CR-1074) and at the end of the street turn Right onto Lakeshore Drive (CR-1063). Just follow it until you reach 20875 Lakeshore Drive. This is a narrow street and we ask that you only park on one side of the street and not block driveways.
