First come; first served. There will be no sign up sheet.
Please be advised that entry will be limited - we adhere to the fire code. Items are sold "As Is" and "All Sales Final". Not responsible for any accidents or injuries incurred during the sale. Sales tax will be collected; dealers must provide resale certificate. First day is full price, second day discounts up to 25% off for cash; 20% for credit purchases and towards the end of the sale discounts may increase to 50% off for cash; 45% for credit purchases. Maximum discounts apply only to cash purchases. Some exclusions apply. Due to the amount of breakable items we discourage children from attending and absolutely no strollers allowed. You break you buy. No public restrooms. Hold areas provided in main room while you shop. Please be sure you want something before placing it on hold. This is like marriage, a commitment. If you put an item on "hold" then you are obligated to purchase that item. We will not be able to assist with loading and/or moving items. You will need to make your own arrangements for these services. Bring your own packing materials as we have a limited supply. Do not block driveways or mailboxes. It is a violation and you may be towed or ticketed. Sorry so many rules are necessary, but we want you to come and have an enjoyable experience shopping with us. THANK YOU!
