Please join us for this wonderful sale located in the gated community of Raintree Woods, in Fair Oaks Ranch, TX.  You will be required to provide your drivers license to the security guard.  A representative from our estate sale company will in turn give you a dash board sign that will issued at the gate.  It must remain in place while you are shopping.  DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY – THERE WILL BE NO EARLY ENTRY – FURTHER THIS WILL CAUSE A TRAFFIC JAM.  PLEASE BE COURTEOUS TO OTHERS AND ADHERE TO THESE REQUIREMENTS.

Firearms - Stevens Savage Model 820B pump action 12 ga shotgun; High Standard Sport King Special .22 LR rifle, model A1041.  Manufactured between 1966 - 1971 - Terms of sale for firearm transactions:  We have a Federal Firearms License to sell firearms.  Because of this, all guns sold to individuals at our sale will be required to complete ATF Form 4473 and either present a current License to Carry or pass a NICS background check.  This is the same situation you would have going to a gun show or a gun store.  We also require a current Texas Driver’s License and will make a copy of both your TDL and LTC permit.  Both of these become part of our mandated record keeping.  We must also collect sales tax a required by the State of Texas.  All sales are final.  Guns may be purchased with cash only.
