You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 8% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. Lake Forest Estate Sale What first appeared to be just a nice house sale, turned out to be a packed, every cupboard full, she bought great stuff all brand names kind of estate sale!! In other words, you better come shop! :) She was a shopper, a marathon runner, and a baker...oh, and she had great taste. Jewelry and costume jewelry. Watches by Michelle, Coach, and Michael Kors, more. Brand name clothing, shoes and accessories...brand names you love like: St. John, Burberry, Tahari, Talbots, DKNY, UGG, Anne Klein, Stewart Weitzman, Coach, Baggallini, Furla, MW Mon Sac...many accessories...clothing of all kinds from rain coats, to car coats, to leather jackets, to cashmere sweaters and everything in between. Most are medium size. Large collection of perfume bottles, crystal, artglass, sabino...some artglass pieces by Lalique and St. Louis. Art is beautiful and contemporary, exquisitely framed and decorater perfect....ready for installation in your home!
Silver-plate including some large pieces and Victorian. Fine linens, some never used and in original packaging as well as every day linens, bedding, sheets, etc . Asian art, accessories, many decorative items, including cat collectibles. House is tastefully furnished as well...Henredon sofa, barstools, side tables, dining table/pads/6 chairs, ottomans, coffee tables, Asian screen, drum table with hand painting, Queen bedroom set, sofa, console table, buffet, credenza, lucite table, lucite magazine rack, cabinets, lacquer cabinet, lamps, lighting, sofas, love seats, rugs, sheepskin rugs, a few very nice pieces of Pietra Dura.
