Please note that this estate is absolutely packed! It is full of all sorts of SMALL Collectibles! Due to this, ALL BAGS/PURSES/BOXES will be searched before leaving the sale. Don't take it personally, you aren't being singled out; we are just trying to help keep everyone honest and take care of our Client's Life Long Treasures! (If you aren't comfortable with this policy, you are welcome to just bring in your wallet and leave your purses/bags locked in your car). All Coats/Jackets need to be left in your vehicle as well. Again, please remember that if we have had to implement these policies there is a very good reason!
Because this estate is so very packed, we reserve the right to limit the number of people inside the home! This is for everyone's safety. Please understand we want you inside as soon as possible to purchase these treasures and will do our very best to facilitate this as quickly as possible!
Please bring bags, boxes and paper to wrap and take home your treasures. Our supplies are super limited!

This is a very packed 2 story home! I can not express enough the need to be cautious! This home has multiple levels with step ups and step downs! LOOK where you walk! We will have signs and caution tape but again - LOOK - where you walk! There are narrow stairs leading to the second floor - Be Careful! Also be respectful of one another! We hope to be able to let everyone in when we open but will limit the number of people if needed to maintain a safe shopping environment! Your help and understanding with this is appreciated!
