Some simple points about Ampersand Estate Sales:

·         We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·         We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards. As of September 1^st, 2016 we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debt Cards.

·        We do not accept Checks.

·         Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

·         We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·         All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.
 

·         Sale Hours:

Saturday 9am to 4pm, Sunday 11am to 3pm & Monday 9am to 4pm. 

·        A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

·         Numbers are given out at 8am Saturday & Monday and at 10:30am on Sunday; you must be present to receive one.

·         Saturday Full Price.

·         Sunday 30% Off most items.

·         Monday 50% Off Most items.

·         Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

·        Please do not park on the grass.

·        Just a reminder we are still looking for our missing baskets. If you have one or see one, two or more of them please bring them back to us for a $20.00 Ampersand Sale Credit.

Directions for our estate sale in Northfield this weekend:

From Willow Road & Happ Road in Northfield IL.

Take Happ Road south one block to 318.

The building is on the SW corner of Happ Road & Orchard Lane.

We are on the second floor of the building with a jeweler, noodle shop a lighting shop and a salon.

Parking is either in the lot in the front or there is parking in the public lot located just to the west of the building.

Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations.

Please also be respectful of the neighbors and do not block any driveways, sidewalks or park in front of the mail boxes.
