Cash is always preferred however Credit cards will be accepted with $100.00 minimum purchase and you must have a valid ID. We are obligated by the state of Texas to charge sales tax unless you can provide us with a form showing your exemption or resale status. These forms are printable so please bring them with you as we do not supply them. If you do not have a copy for us you will be charged sales tax. Watch your children and keep them close to you. No large handbags/bags or large purses We Can Not Help Load or provide equipment to help load. Please bring your own helpers to move items. In addition, packing materials and bags are always limited. Please bring extra if you have any. We do not have the time to pack your items for you. Please Bring your smile and have fun shopping with us. All items are sold as is. No refunds or exchanges. All sales are Final. We are Not responsible for accidents so please Be careful while shopping. We do not give out prices before the sale. Do not block driveways or mail boxes. We have been prepping and setting up in the very pretty neighborhood of Lochwood/Lake Highlands and we hope to see you all there!
