Hello everyone, we have a fantastic sale for you this week in Addison. 

Firstly, let me say this is not like our normal estate sale.  Throughout the year we have people offer us small amounts that wouldn't necessarily be an entire estate sale.  Or they choose not to auction them.  Or maybe it's just incredible things we have picked up along the way....but we have a lot of it!  So we hav chosen to hold an estate sale at our sister companies (Tyler Grace Auctions) 8,000 sq. ft facility in Addison.  These things will all be priced like a regular estate sale, they will follow the same discount process.  Full price first day, 25% Off Second Day, and 50% Last Day, with the possibility of further discounts towards the end of the sale. 

After the conclusion of the sale we will tear down and follow this up with LIVE AUCTION on the premises Saturday Night you can see the catalog at www.tylergraceauctions.com .  I can not stress this enough these are 2 separate entities.  But you are quite welcome to preview auction while shopping at the estate sale.   (We have some lenses and cameras that retail for $1-3k, they aren't in the estate sale, but I have pictured them to show you the kinds of things you will see at auction.)
