Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Discover are accepted on purchases with a 3% convenience fee.
As a licensed business we are required to charge a 7% sales tax.
Please inspect all items before purchase -- Items are priced "As Is" -- All sales are final.
Bring help to load large items -- buyers are responsible for moving all items from the sale by 2 pm on Saturday.
Brick street is very narrow - please park on one side of the street and do not block driveways or mailboxes.

We are ending the year with our biggest sale of the year.  Four 16' storage pods from Pack Rat have been brought in to help display the quantity of items for sale.  Tables in the back yard garden will display more vintage treasures.  Something for everyone on your holiday gift list:
