This is truly just for their safety, as this is a very "different" layed out Estate...Outdoor Stairs and walkways, Uneven Walking areas in back, Knives, Chemicals,TONS OF BREAKABLES in close quarters, etc.... we don't want any little ones to get "trampled", hurt, or any of our Homeowners items Damaged. ***Since we are in an exclusive "wooded & Hilly" area on the other side of Joe Pool Lake...we have VERY SPOTTY CELL SERVICE HERE. If We don't have service at time of payment, we won't be able to run a credit card.
