CENTERVILLE:  Yankee Trace Golf Course Estate Sale

Principal Estate Sales is excited to announce our first sale of 2017 in Centerville!  Our clients are moving out of state and downsizing - so this is a smaller sale, but the contents are high quality and extremely well maintained.  There is not a lot of furniture...namely an entertainment center, and a beautiful antique 1940s Hollywood Regency mahogany dining table with multiple leaves and amazing matching chairs!  In addition to that, there is a multitude of tools, clothing, and misc. odds and ends ranging from Christmas to wine accessories to the antique Ithaca 12 Ga 1903 double barrel shotgun (hammerless, fired & cleaned last week...perfect working order), to an amazing art collection!  Come check it out!  You’re sure to find something to suit your fancy.

***Entry: To prevent excess wear and tear and/or damage to the residence, a maximum of 25 people will be permitted inside at any given time. As people exit, the capacity will be kept at that amount, and usually waiting time is minimal. ENTRY NUMBERS:  A sign in list will be posted on the front door of the premises! Directions will be printed on the list, and we expect you will behave in a fair and dignified manner with regard to the self regulating nature of this process. If you are not present when your name is called, you will be bumped to the back of the line.

***Payment for items may be made via cash or credit card. An additional 3% convenience fee will be added to credit card purchases, and proper ID is required in addition to signing a statement regarding chargebacks. All items are sold As-Is. We do not issue refunds or exchanges.

***Delivery/transportation services available: Please see a sales associate (namely, Matt) for quotes and arrangements. Assistance moving large items may also be provided, and my employees always appreciate any tips for doing so.

***While at the Premises: Please be respectful of the owner’s items. Please be careful going up and down stairs, as some of them in older houses can be quite steep. Principal Estate Sales, nor the homeowner, is not liable for any falls, injuries, and/or accidents incurred on premises.

***Offer Box: Take note of our offer box, which will be stationed near the entrance/exit. If you see an item that you want, but do not want to pay what is marked and we can’t reach a reasonable negotiation, you may leave your name, phone number, and the price you are willing to pay in the box. Should the item remain unsold at the end of the sale, we will call you and discuss your offer.

***Parking: Please park legally and respectfully at all times. Roadside parking only, please do not park in driveway as that is reserved for people moving and picking up large items. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Principal Estate Sales, nor the homeowner, is not liable for any tickets, fines, or accidents you may incur as a result of parking.

3. BRING HELP TO LOAD ITEMS.  ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY 4PM SUNDAY, UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE PRIOR TO PURCHASE.

4. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.  ABSOLUTELY NO RUNNING/HORSEPLAY.  NO STROLLERS, FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED.

5. ALL SALES FINAL.  NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES.  ALL ITEMS SOLD AS-IS.  

6. IF YOU START A SOLD PILE, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE EVERY ITEM IN IT, NONE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SALE.  YOUR PILE IS ALL OR NOTHING.  IT IS NOT FAIR TO OTHER CUSTOMERS.

7. BOXES/PACKING MATERIALS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE, ALTHOUGH WE WILL PROVIDE THESE FREE OF CHARGE IF THEY ARE AVAILABLE.
