Built in 1894 (By "old man Kelsey [Van], this Victorian home is surrounded by citrus groves and full of memories of the past. We have the honor of liquidating the contents of this home that has only transferred through 2 families since the 19th century.

The first was the Chase family from Boston, Mass.  Early into the 20th century, the Chase's moved out, leaving most of their furnishings.  The Redding family moved in and soon after that, began the citrus groves, which have remained until now.

The home is not available, but some of the history is.  Cool fact is that Old Man Kelsey used wood from all around Lake Weir to build this and other Victorian homes in the area.
