2. Due to the lighting used, in some pictures, the color in picture is brighter/lighter than the actual color when seen under the normal light. Please take that into account when bidding.

I’m helping my client downsizing their home located in Portola valley.  I have seen good furniture in other estates, but it’s rare to see so many of them all in one place.  They are ranging from late 18th century to today.  And, they are all in good to very good condition.    Whether you’re a collector or a person looking for a piece of furniture to use, you may be able to find it here.  Sorry, there is no smaller item up for auction.  The only lot that you’ll be able to carry out in a bag is a set of sterling silver flatware.  But, please be sure to bring a strong bag if you do win it, because it’s a large set of 170 plus pieces.  Please take a look at the item list below
