Please note a few guidelines to make our and your experience pain free:
Cash is always preferred however Credit cards will be accepted with $100.00 minimum purchase and you must have a valid ID. We are obligated by the state of Texas to charge sales tax unless you can provide us with a form showing your exemption or resale status. These forms are printable so please bring them with you as we do not supply them. If you do not have a copy for us you will be charged sales tax. Watch your children and keep them close to you. No large handbags/bags or large purses We Can Not Help Load or provide equipment to help load. Please bring your own helpers to move items. In addition, packing materials and bags are always limited. Please bring extra if you have any. We do not have the time to pack your items for you. Please Bring your smile and have fun shopping with us. All items are sold as is. No refunds or exchanges. All sales are Final. We are Not responsible for accidents so please Be careful while shopping. We do not give out prices before the sale. Do not block driveways or mail boxes. Be courteous and respectful to fellow shoppers and our team. We always reserve the right to limit the number of people in at any time. This is an Estate Sale managed by a professional company. Incredibly Nice Frisco Estate Sale-DFW Elite Estate Sales
This week we are prepping and setting up in a beautiful neighborhood of Frisco and we hope to see you all there!
Our amazing clients are leaving most everything behind. Their immaculate home is packed with many lovely treasures that are sure to please! This is going to be a great sale with tons of wonderful home furnishings, household goods and decorative items!

Friday January 20th 9:30-3:30 pm Saturday January 21st 9-3 pm
Location: City of Frisco, right off Stonebrook Pkwy and FM 423. (full address will be posted the day before the sale)
Please Note: Due to strict Frisco city rules, signs will be very limited so you will need to rely on your GPS.
