Wow, what a sale we have this week ! The home, at #6 Pine Place, in the Northridge area of Angleton, owned by long-time area residents, Don and Lola Kay Hood, is filled with many, many years of beautiful treasures. They traveled extensively, and there are wonderful items from these travels. The home is very full. New carpet has been installed, it’s been covered with heavy plastic sheeting, please walk carefully.
The sale will be Friday and Saturday, January 20-21, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. The sign-up sheet will be out around 8:00a.m., on Friday morning. We’ll begin calling in the first names on the list around 8:45. Please park carefully, with the direction of travel, don’t block driveways or fire hydrants.
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide movers, haulers, nor pack mules, please make arrangements to have your large or heavy items moved.
Large items will have a two-part tag on them. If you’d like to purchase the item, tear the BOTTOM half of the tag off, to give to the check-out girls. If you change your mind about the purchase, please give that tag to an EL worker, so they can reattach it to the item.
Because of the crowded state of the home, and, at the owner’s request, there will be NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS. Also, no large purses, carry-alls, back packs, strollers, etc are allowed in the sale areas.
Some of you have said you sometimes have trouble opening the sale link. I asked a computer guy about this, he said with the number of emails I send out, it may be bogging the carrier systems down, making them sluggish. He said if you give it a little while, it should work.
There are so many items in this sale, it was really hard to get photos of everything, and we’re still finding things ! A fun sale, indeed. There is a huge array of jewelry, jewelry findings, jewelry displays and supplies. Items from this area will need to stay at the jewelry tables, until you’re ready to check out, when you can pick them up.
