Listing Information

This Simply Amazing Estate Sale is one of a kind. Vickie Winans, the Billboard-charting gospel singer, will be liquidating her entire Michigan estate located in Bloomfield Hills. Winans is one of the best-know gospel artists with acclaimed songs such as "How I Got Over," "Long as I Got King Jesus," and "Don't Throw Your Life Away." She currently owns her own record label, Destiny Joy Records, and heads up Vivian, Inc., a company through which Winans books shows for her stand-up comedy act.

The Bloomfield Hills estate is over 9,000 square-foot , located at 600 South Hills Road. The home is situated in a picturesque sub-division adjacent to equally lavish estates. Each room has its own unique atmosphere and is impeccably arranged. All contents will be available at the sale.

When entering the dramatic entry way, one is welcomed into the home by a well-dressed butler statue. The Great Room has floor to ceiling windows of intricate skylight configurations, colored with a white and peach with a touch of natural greens from several potted plants that line the walls. A cream baby grand piano by Weber sits close to the section sofa for leisurely play.

A hall to the left of the entry way leads to a handful of other rooms including an office, guest room, and master bedroom. The master bedroom is composed of rose decor and mirrored furniture, reminiscent of Valentine's Day. A bathroom is attached by an open walkway leading to the granite whirlpool tub currently lined with displays of bangles, pendants and other accouterments.

Entering to the right of the foyer leads to a dining room. Natural light filters through a ceiling height wall of glass block. The adjacent wall is mirrored with a small display shelf lined with over-sized perfume bottles, framed photos and glass paraphernalia. A glass table sits in the middle adorned with a large flower arrangement while chairs are tied off with large gold bows. A glass cabinet built into one wall holds glassware and awards.

A quick walk through the kitchen leads down a set of carpeted stairs to the finished basement. The first room in the basement is a combination dining and living space. The dining area contains a stone table with 10 chairs. Past the table is a living area with black leather section and various tabletop games. A line of small wooden tables along the wall offer custom game boards such as Scrabble and Clue, to name a couple. A small snack bar sits in one corner next to an old-fashion-styled popcorn maker and coin-operated capsule toy machine.

Down a few more steps leads to another living space with several black leather recliners arranged facing an entertainment center completed with a flat screen television. Behind the recliners is a combination table tennis/pool table and another sitting area with arm chair, sofa and a small coffee table with various tabletop games. On the opposite wall is a series of arcade-style video games including Ms. Pac-Man and Jurassic Park pinball.

The last room at the end of the basement is the exercise room. At first glance is the large Dance Dance Revolution-type arcade game and two basketball electronic hoops arcade games. Exercise equipment includes A small spiral stair case leads from the first floor directly to the exercise room.

Another special room is the recording studio with state-of-the-art equipment. The room includes a sitting area with flat screen television, side closet with fridge and microwave and windows overlooking the cabana,
