Ask for the Thompson sale and they will give you a map. You will have to park on the side street due to their street is so short so PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS OR STREET! We will have people there who work for tips that can help you load.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS! If you cause damage to a home we are working in, YOU will be held responsible. We have rules like leaving all garage items in garage so you don't spill poisons in the house by accident, so please just follow the rules so no accidents will happen. Children will be allowed only if you carry them or hold their hands, If anything gets broken you will be buying it.
3.The State of Texas says you can carry a gun, but Miss Ruby says ..NO YOU CANT BRING IT TO OUR SALES!
Seriously people... I am the only one that needs to be packin and I don't want to get into a "Yours is bigger than mine" conversation ..because I won that conversation years ago so ..I WIN AGAIN!
4.I do a lot of work to price everything fairly and we do percentage price reductions as the days go on. Please understand that we work for our clients and are here to do what is best for them. WE HAVE CONTRACTS with them that only allow us to so certain things. If you see something that you want to make an offer on , please feel free to ... (helpful hint... bringing chocolate and iced sweet tea is always a smart move to "sweet'n" the deal! ) Can you tell I am a good Southern girl! LOL

6. We do take Credit cards for purchases over the amount of $25 We DO NOT take checks.
7. No matter where we are having a sale, we do NOT allow smoking in or around the property. Please do in your car before or after you come on property
8. We do NOT honor YOUR sold tags on our items. Sorry folks but we have had too many problems with this! If you want an items(s) you tell us and we will tag it for you. However, once you have us do that , it means we have taken it out of stock and you will have to buy it ( you cant change your mind and put back into stock). It is not fair to anyone if you do that. So if for some reason you do pull this stunt, you will not be allowed to buy anything in your pile. We are not Walmart with back up stock so we will do what is best for everyone involved and be fair about it.
9. If you do anything un-Christian like at anytime while at our sales, you will not be allowed to come back. We are Christians and expect you act like you would while you are in Church..........Not Wal-Mart!
10, If you are a RESELLER... YOU MUST BRING COPIES TO LEAVE WITH ME OF YOUR TAX INFO AND RESALE CERTIFICATE. IF YOU DO NOT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY TAX!
