We have another sale coming up in Sun City /Menifee. There is a lot of variety in this 3 bedroom home. Owner moved in with daughter so everything has to go!

There many nice quality furniture pieces, including several custom sofa sets, sofa sleepers, lounge chairs, arm chairs, lots of cute decorative tables, several coffee tables, artwork, piano, decorative items as well as some vintage pieces. We also have some like new Ariat Riding boots, Troxel riding helmet and a velvet Charles Owen Show Helmet as well as Dooney Bourke purses, women's and men's clothing. The patio is loaded with several sets of patio chairs, tables, several umbrellas as well as ceramic pots, bbq, and so much more! Garage has tools, lots of golf clubs, golf balls, variety of small shelves, vintage chairs, holiday decor and more!
