Picker's Dream Be prepared to bring gloves, boots and even tools. All items must be removed the same day. Bringing boxes would be valuable. Cash and credit accepted. No children will be allowed. Amazing items once in this beautiful 2 story, Spanish home in the once high end N San Bernardino. In 2015 all it's beauty burnt down leaving relics of treasures. Today, there are still amazing treasures to be found. You will be required to sign a hold harmless waiver. Do to the safety only a few pickers will be allowed at one time. The home is secured by camera, if violators violate any required rules you will be asked to leave. |
