All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. Wonderful estate sale inside Laguna Niguel mansion... Please email me if you are interested and I will email appointments on Thursday February 23 prior to sale days Saturday and Sunday, February 25-26. As is with all appointment only estate sales in gated communities, we can only accommodate small groups per hour...please understand this and understand that you may not be in the very first group or get your appointment of choice. I will do my best to accommodate as many people as quickly as possible over the duration of the two day sale. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. This sale has wonderful decorator furniture, accessories, art and more...I will post pictures of what we saw during our first meeting with the family, but please understand that a few items may be kept by the family as final decisions have not yet been made.
